By Akbari AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49,
relative to education.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-6-810, is amended by deleting the section and substituting:
By February 15 of each year, the commissioner of education shall report to the governor and the general assembly on the implementation and compliance with this part.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
