By Farmer AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8;
Title 16; Title 17 and Title 18, relative to judicial districts.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 16-2-522(a)(1),
is amended by deleting the language "July 1, 2025" and substituting instead the language
"January 1, 2025".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
