By Rudder AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 71,
relative to pharmacy benefits.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 56-7-3103(a)(1), is amended by
deleting the language "two (2) weeks" and substituting the language "thirty (30) days".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
