By Rose AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 36;
Title 37 and Title 68, Chapter 3, Part 3, relative to
children.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 37-2-406(c)(1), is amended by
deleting "ten (10) calendar days" and substituting instead "seven (7) calendar days".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
