By Stevens AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 17,
Chapter 2, Part 1, relative to special judges.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 17-2-121, is amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
