By Stevens AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10,
Chapter 7, Part 4, relative to county public records commissions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 10-7-402, is amended by deleting the language "may be paid a per diem of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day of actual meeting" and substituting instead the language "may be paid a per diem of up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for each day of actual meeting".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
