Present law schedules various provisions of present law concerning COVID-19 to expire on July 1, 2023. Such provisions generally concern anti-commandeering, remedies, exemptions from an employer's requirement to provide proof of vaccination, vaccine mandates, face coverings, unemployment benefits, healthcare standards of practice, liability, waiver of sovereign immunity, liability for acts and omissions of employees, and the burden of proof in COVID-19 liability actions. This bill removes the termination date on such provisions.
