                                        HOUSE BILL 806
                                            By Powell AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2,
                                            Chapter 6, Part 2, relative to absentee ballot applications.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 2-6-202(a)(3), is amended by
deleting subdivision (D) and substituting instead the following:
               (D) The last four (4) digits of the voter's social security number;
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
