                                      SENATE BILL 198
                                          By Gilmore AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 40,
                                           Chapter 29, Part 2, relative to the restoration of
                                           voting rights.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
       SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-29-202, is amended by deleting subsection (c).
       SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2021, the public welfare requiring it.
