NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the immense passion for the people that Pamela Emrick has which is demonstrated in the 2024 Resident Leadership Award being awarded to her.
