NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and uplift Farrakhan Shegog, President of Young Voices with Action, who is the recipient of the 2024 Rising Star in Community Building Award.
