An Act to prohibit the state from using federal funds for state highway maps.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That chapter 31-1 be amended with a NEW SECTION:
The state may not accept or use any federal monies for the purposes of creating, producing, or distributing state highway maps.
