An Act to replace the name of Custer State Park.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That chapter 1-19C be amended with a NEW SECTION:
The South Dakota Board on Geographic Names shall recommend a replacement for the name of Custer State Park and provide that recommendation to the Legislature by July 1, 2023, with full implementation of the name change by July 1, 2027.
