An Act to prohibit the private funding of National Guard and State Guard active-duty missions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That chapter 33-912
be amended with a NEW SECTION:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33-12-30, it is prohibited for any active-duty mission of the South Dakota National Guard or South Dakota State Guard to be partially or entirely funded by private donations exclusive of state treasurer administration.
