An Act to repeal an exception to trespass liability on certain lands within national forests.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 40-28-5 be REPEALED.
40-28-5. Trespass liability not applicable to unfenced lands within national forests.
