An Act to repeal certifications by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added:
13-42-26.1. National Board for Professional Teaching Standards--Entitlement to stipends.
Any teacher who completed all requirements for certification by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, before July 1, 2021, is entitled to receive all stipends provided for in accordance with 13-42-26, as that section existed on June 30, 2021.
Section 2. That 13-42-26 be REPEALED.
