Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 32-20-6.6 be REPEALED.
32-20-6.6. Restrictions on possession of firearms on motorcycles and off-road vehicles--Violation as misdemeanor.
Section 2. That 32-20A-11 be REPEALED.
32-20A-11. Restrictions on possession of firearms--Violation as misdemeanor.
