ENTITLED An Act to repeal certain outdated provisions regarding annexation near airports.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That 9-4-13 be REPEALED.
9-4-13. Annexation of territory near municipal airport between March 15, 2003 and July 1, 2003 voidable.
