AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING SECTION 11-11-90 RELATING TO MEETINGS OF APPROPRIATION COMMITTEES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION     1.     Section 11-11-90 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION     2.     This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 13th day of May, 2021.

Approved the 17th day of May, 2021.
