This bill amends the disorderly conduct statute to include specific behaviors that create an actual public disturbance, such as fighting or threatening, or engaging in violent or tumultuous behavior. The bill specifies that a public disturbance can be evidenced by situations that include a gathering of people drawn to and watching the conduct, stopping or impeding traffic, or creating similar public disturbances.
