7 An Act relating to health care; requiring licensed
7 practitioner to inform patient of certain information
8 prior to administration of vaccine; requiring certain
8 informed consent; providing penalties; providing for
9 codification; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3171 of Title 63, unless there
14
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16 A. Prior to administration of any vaccine, a licensed
16
17 practitioner shall inform the patient of:
17
18 1. All ingredients in the vaccine; and
18
19 2. Whether the vaccine manufacturer used fetal cell lines in
19
20 the research or production of the vaccine.
20
21 B. The licensed practitioner shall obtain the informed consent
21
22 of the patient prior to administration of the vaccine.
22
23 C. If the licensing board of a practitioner finds that the
23
24 practitioner is in violation of this section, such board shall, in

1 accordance with the rules of such board, immediately revoke the

2 license of the practitioner and fine the practitioner One Hundred
2
3 Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per occurrence.

4 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
