7 An Act relating to abortion exceptions; providing
exceptions to criminalization of abortion in certain
8 situations; providing for codification; and providing
an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-731.5 of Title 63, unless
15 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person shall not
17 purposely perform or attempt to perform an abortion unless the
18 pregnancy is the result of rape, sexual assault or incest that has
19 been reported to law enforcement.
20 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
21 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-745.35a of Title 63, unless
22 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

1 A person shall not knowingly perform or attempt to perform an
2 abortion unless the pregnancy is the result of rape, sexual assault,
3 or incest that has been reported to law enforcement.
4 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
