7 An Act relating to discrimination; prohibiting
7 certain discrimination by public accommodation on
8 basis of vaccination or immunity status; providing
8 for codification; and declaring an emergency.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1460 of Title 25, unless there
13
14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14
15 No person shall be discriminated against on the basis of their
15
16 vaccination or immunity status by any public accommodation by:
16
17 1. Providing any disposition, service, financial aid or benefit
17
18 to an individual which is different, or is provided in a different
18
19 manner, from that provided to other members of the general public;
19
20 2. Subjecting any individual to segregation or separate
20
21 treatment in any matter related to that individual’s receipt of any
21
22 disposition, service, financial aid or benefit provided to other
22
23 members of the general public;

1 3. Restricting an individual in any way in the enjoyment of any

2 advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any disposition,
2
3 service, financial aid or benefit provided to other members of the
3
4 general public;

5 4. Treating an individual differently from others in
5
6 determining whether that individual satisfies any admission,
6
7 enrollment, quota, eligibility, membership or other requirement or
7
8 condition which individuals must meet in order to be provided any
8
9 disposition, service, financial aid, function or benefit available
9
10 to other members of the general public; or

11 5. Denying an individual an opportunity to participate in a
11
12 program through the provision of service or otherwise afford that
12
13 individual an opportunity to do so which is different from that
13
14 afforded to other members of the general public.

15 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
15
16 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
16
17 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
17
18 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
