7 An Act relating to the Oklahoma State University
7 Medical Authority; amending 63 O.S. 2011, Section
8 3285, which relates to annual report; adding
8 recipients; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2011, Section 3285, is
12
13 amended to read as follows:
13
14 Section 3285. The Oklahoma State University Medical Authority
14
15 shall submit an annual report to the Governor, the President Pro
15
16 Tempore of the Senate and, the Speaker of the House of
16
17 Representatives, the chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee
17
18 and the chair of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee.
18
19 Such report shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements
19
20 for financial statement audits in Section 212A of Title 74 of the
20
21 Oklahoma Statutes, and shall include an account of the operations
21
22 and actions of the Authority and an accounting of all revenue
22
23 received and disbursed by the Authority for the previous fiscal
23

 1 year. The report shall include an accounting of expenses related to

2 each of the following:

3 1. Education and training of students of the Oklahoma State
3
4 University, resident physicians and others;
4
5 2. Care and treatment of patients for whom the Authority
5
6 receives any form of state or federal reimbursement; and
6
7 3. Research.

8 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
