A RESOLUTION
Honoring Westfield on its One Hundred Seventy-fifth
Anniversary.
WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly 1
of Ohio are pleased to applaud Westfield on the auspicious occasion of 2
its One Hundred Seventy-fifth Anniversary; and 3
WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting 4
tribute to Westfield, for throughout the past one hundred seventy-five 5
years, this fine venture has attained a remarkable record of service 6
to the community. Founded in 1848, the company offers a variety of 7
insurance products and helps mitigate risks to protect its customers 8
and their assets, and it is truly worthy of acknowledgement; and 9
WHEREAS, The success of Westfield is a justifiable source of pride 10
and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but also 11
on its astute management and hard-working employees. Due to their 12
vision and initiative, they have helped this respected institution 13
earn the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied clients, and 14
they are deserving of high praise; and 15
WHEREAS, Over the years, Westfield has enhanced the quality of 16
life within the surrounding area. We are certain that as this notable 17
enterprise maintains its unfaltering dedication to service and 18
achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition 19
of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it 20
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General 21
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Westfield 22
on its One Hundred Seventy-fifth Anniversary and extend best wishes 23
for the future; and be it further 24
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly 25
