                          A RESOLUTION
             Honoring Frank Strigari for outstanding service to the               1
                Ohio Senate.                                                      2
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly             3
of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Frank Strigari               4
for his loyal service to the Ohio Senate as the chief legal counsel;              5
and                                                                               6
     WHEREAS, Frank Strigari is a remarkable individual, for he has               7
combined civic concern and dedication with selfless initiative to                 8
become a dynamic member of the Ohio Senate staff. The chief legal                 9
counsel since 2012, he has brought passion to his work, and he has                10
clearly shown the potential of each person to have a positive effect              11
on the quality of life in our society; and                                        12
     WHEREAS, Over the years, Frank Strigari has given generously of              13
his time, energy, and abilities to assist the Ohio Senate and has                 14
demonstrated a praiseworthy commitment to the success of state                    15
government. He has played an important role in maintaining the                    16
efficiency and effectiveness of the legislative process, and his                  17
efforts have reinforced many services that are currently available to             18
the constituents of our state; and                                                19
     WHEREAS, Frank Strigari's contributions to the Ohio Senate have              20
been greatly appreciated by all those who have had the pleasure of                21

working with him. He has displayed exceptional devotion,                   22
responsibility, and enthusiasm in his endeavors, and we extend best        23
wishes for health and happiness in the years to come; therefore be it      24
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General     25
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Frank Strigari      26
on his exemplary state service and salute him as one of Ohio's finest      27
citizens; and be it further                                                28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                29
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Frank Strigari.                   30
