A RESOLUTION
Honoring Kenny Yuko for his exemplary service to the Ohio
Senate.
WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 134th General Assembly 1
of Ohio are pleased to recognize Kenny Yuko for his outstanding tenure 2
as a member of the Ohio Senate; and 3
WHEREAS, Kenny Yuko is deserving of high praise for his dedicated 4
service to the 25th Senate District. An able steward to the State of 5
Ohio, he brought a wealth of experience to his post through his 6
previous endeavors as a union organizer and state representative, and 7
he has served as the chairman and ranking member of the Commerce and 8
Labor Committee and a member of the Health and Aging and Veterans 9
Affairs committees. Indeed, he is a staunch supporter of the well- 10
being of his constituency and has sponsored into law various bills in 11
wide-ranging areas of interest; and 12
WHEREAS, Kenny Yuko is an effectual ambassador for communities 13
throughout Cuyahoga and Lake counties, and he has combined civic 14
concern and commitment with selfless initiative to become a dynamic 15
leader. The recipient of numerous accolades throughout his service to 16
the Ohio Senate, he has truly distinguished himself as a conscientious 17
and hard-working Ohioan; and 18
WHEREAS, Kenny Yuko has been characterized by his ambition and 19
expertise, and he has earned not only the respect of those with whom 20

he has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens he has so capably 21
represented. As he reflects on his career with the Ohio Senate, he has 22
the satisfaction of knowing that he has established a record of 23
personal and professional excellence that will stand as a hallmark for 24
others in public service to emulate; therefore be it 25
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 134th General 26
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Kenny Yuko as 27
an esteemed Ohio Senator and extend best wishes for happiness and 28
fulfillment in the years to come; and be it further 29
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly 30
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Kenny Yuko. 31
