A RESOLUTION
Honoring Representative Bishara W. Addison
for outstanding service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 1
134th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special 2
recognition to Representative Bishara W. Addison for her loyal 3
service to the Ohio House of Representatives; and 4
WHEREAS, Throughout her distinguished tenure as a member of the 5
Ohio House of Representatives, Bishara Addison has demonstrated 6
dedication to performing her duties and fulfilling her 7
responsibilities with efficiency and competence. Representing the 9th 8
District, she served as a member of the Behavioral Health and Recovery 9
Supports and Government Oversight committees, and with determination 10
and resolve, she has brought her talents and experience to bear on the 11

ever-changing needs and issues of the Ohio General Assembly; and 12
WHEREAS, Bishara Addison has given willingly of her time and 13
energy and has displayed a genuine commitment to improving the quality 14
of life in our society. Her love for Ohio and her sincere desire to 15
serve its people have shown her to be a concerned and responsible 16
public servant, and we are proud to note that it is through the 17
efforts of individuals such as she that our state and nation continue 18
to grow and prosper; and 19
WHEREAS, Election to public office is one of the highest honors 20
that the people in a democracy can bestow upon a fellow citizen. 21
Throughout her service as a member of the Ohio House of 22
Representatives, Bishara Addison has maintained a high degree of 23
achievement and has earned the respect and admiration of colleagues on 24
both sides of the political aisle. Whether engaged in floor debate or 25
in committee deliberations, she has brought a full measure of 26
enthusiasm, intelligence, and public spirit to her duties and has 27
served her constituents and the Great State of Ohio; therefore be it 28
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 29
the 134th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 30
applaud Representative Bishara W. Addison on her service to the Ohio 31
House of Representatives and offer best wishes for happiness and 32
fulfillment in the years to come; and be it further 33
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives 34
transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to 35
Representative Bishara W. Addison. 36
