                       A RESOLUTION
                         Honoring Kyle Olson
      as the 2021-2022 Ohio Coach of the Year in boys lacrosse.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 134th   1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to applaud Kyle Olson on            2
receiving the 2021-2022 Ohio Coach of the Year Award in boys lacrosse    3
from the National Federation of State High School Associations; and      4
     WHEREAS, The head coach of the Upper Arlington High School boys     5
lacrosse team for five years, Kyle Olson is worthy of praise for his     6
numerous coaching accomplishments. A former standout for the Golden      7
Bears, he has continued the program’s sterling legacy since he took      8
over, and he is certainly richly deserving of this recognition; and      9
     WHEREAS, The esteem and appreciation that Kyle Olson has earned     10
are evident in his selection for the 2021-2022 National Federation of    11
State High School Associations Ohio Coach of the Year Award. Indeed,     12
his inspiring leadership is a justifiable source of pride and an         13
excellent reflection not only on him but also on his family, on his      14
players, on the Upper Arlington High School lacrosse program, and on     15
his community; and                                                       16
     WHEREAS, With athletic competition playing such an important role   17
in the total education of our young people, we are overjoyed to pay      18
tribute to Coach Olson and his fine athletes for their exceptional       19
record of achievement. The maturity and experience that the team         20
members have gained under his guidance will greatly aid them in          21
meeting the challenges of the future; therefore be it                    22
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 23
the 134th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,       24
commend Kyle Olson as the 2021-2022 National Federation of State High  25

As Offered
School Associations Ohio Coach of the Year in boys lacrosse and extend     26
best wishes for continued success; and be it further                       27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 28
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Kyle Olson.            29
