                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley on
              its Centennial.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 134th General Assembly     1
of Ohio are pleased to applaud Catholic Social Services of the Miami      2
Valley on the occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and              3
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is, indeed, a     4
fitting tribute to Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, for      5
throughout the past one hundred years, it has achieved a praiseworthy     6
record of service to the area. Founded in 1921 to help orphans and        7
immigrants, the organization now serves ten counties, and its             8
accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent        9
reflection not only on the endeavor itself but also on its dedicated      10
management and staff and on the community; and                            11
     WHEREAS, Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley has enhanced   12
the quality of life within the surrounding area for a century, and its    13
generous contributions have earned it the gratitude and respect of the    14
many citizens it has so capably served. We are certain that as this       15
fine agency maintains its dedication to its mission, it will continue     16
in the tradition of excellence that has been its hallmark since its       17
establishment; and                                                        18
     WHEREAS, All those associated with Catholic Social Services of the   19
Miami Valley are to be commended for their foresight, dedication, and     20
selfless donations of time, energy, and ability far beyond what was       21
required or expected. These fine people have earned the respect and       22
admiration of many and have set an example of concerned and               23
responsible citizenship worthy of emulation; therefore be it              24
    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 134th General     25

As Introduced
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, celebrate Catholic          26
Social Services of the Miami Valley on its One Hundredth Anniversary       27
and look forward to its immeasurable contributions to our society; and     28
be it further                                                              29
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                30
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Catholic Social Services of       31
the Miami Valley.                                                          32
