SYNOPSIS
Directs Department of Environmental Protection to develop and provide motor vehicle driving maps for State forests.

An Act concerning navigation of State forests by motor vehicle, and supplementing Title 13 of the Revised Statutes.
 
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
 
1. Within 180 days after the effective date of this act, in addition to its online trail maps, the Department of Environmental Protection shall develop and provide a map for each State forest of those roads within each State forest, that are publicly accessible by motor vehicle. Each map shall be provided in a downloadable format with instructions on the departments website on how to download or print the map.
 
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
 
 
STATEMENT
 
This bill directs the Department of Environmental Protection, within 180 days of the bills enactment, to develop a map for each State forest of those roads that are publicly accessible by motor vehicle. Each map would be required to be provided in a downloadable format with instructions on the departments website on how to download or print the map.
