This bill establishes a committee to examine workforce and school accommodations for individuals with long-term COVID and ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome). The committee will consist of four members of the House of Representatives, one member of the Senate, and will be responsible for studying whether additional legislation is needed to provide protection in employment and educational settings for individuals with these conditions.
