AN ACT prohibiting health care providers from refusing to provide care or services based on
patient vaccination status.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT prohibiting health care providers from refusing to provide care or services based on
patient vaccination status.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 52:1 New Paragraph; Patients' Bill of Rights; Vaccination Status. Amend RSA 151:21 by inserting
2 after paragraph XXI the following new paragraph:
3 XXII. The patient shall not be denied admission, care, or services based solely on the patient's
4 vaccination status.
52:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
