STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to exemptions from school vaccine mandates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 55:1 Communicable Disease; Immunization Required for School Attendance; Grounds and
2 Procedure for Exemption. Amend RSA 141-C:20-c, II to read as follows:
3 II. A parent or legal guardian objects to immunization because of religious beliefs. The parent or
4 legal guardian shall sign a [notarized] form stating that the child has not been immunized because of
5 religious beliefs.
55:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
