STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT relative to school district information on the COVID-19 dashboard maintained by
the department of health and human services.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 1 Department of Health and Human Services; Department of Education; COVID-19 dashboard.
2 I. The department of health and human services and the department of education shall
3 develop mutually standardized daily reporting criteria for schools and school districts.
4 II. The department of health and human services shall update the COVID-19 dashboard for
5 all positive cases of COVID-19 in each school and school district regardless of whether a school is
6 conducting classes remotely or in person.
7 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
