STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT permitting the use of live-action game cameras.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 1 New Section; General Provisions as to Fish and Game; Use of Live-Action Game Camera
2 Permitted. Amend RSA 207 by inserting after section 3-e the following new section:
3 207:3-f Use of Live-Action Game Cameras Permitted. Any person taking or attempting to take a
4 game animal or fur bearing animal may use a live-action game camera to locate, surveil, or aid or
5 assist in any attempt to locate or surveil any game animal or fur bearing animal during the same
6 calendar day and during the open season to take such animal.
7 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
