STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT relative to state participation in low carbon fuel standards programs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 1 Low Carbon Fuel Standards Programs; State Participation. Amend RSA 21-O:23, II to read as
2 follows:
3 II. The department of environmental services [may engage in regional and national] shall
4 not participate in discussions or planning of such programs.
5 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
