STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT relative to one year certificates of eligibility to teach.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 1 New Paragraph; One-Year Certificate of Eligibility; Exclusion. Amend RSA 189:39-b by
2 inserting after paragraph I the following new paragraph:
3 I-a. The provision of subparagraph I(a) shall not apply to an individual applying to teach a
4 course in a CTE specialty area.
5 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
