STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT establishing medical freedom in immunizations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 1 New Section; Communicable Disease; Medical Freedom. Amend RSA 141-C by inserting after
2 section 1 the following new section:
3 141-C:1-a. Medical Freedom. Every person has the inalienable right to bodily integrity, free
4 from any threat or compulsion that the person accepts any medical intervention, including
5 immunization. No person may be discriminated against for refusal to accept an unwanted medical
6 intervention, including immunization.
7 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
