STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT relative to collective bargaining agreement strategy discussions under the right-
to-know law.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 1 Right-to-Know; Meetings Open to the Public. Amend RSA 91-A:2, I(a) to read as follows:
2 (a) Strategy [or negotiations] with respect to collective bargaining where only one
3 negotiating party is present;
4 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
