1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 123, One Hundred
3 Eighth Legislature, First Session, 2023.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $85,264 from the
2 Professional and Occupational Credentialing Cash Fund for FY2023-24 and
3 (2) $95,814 from the Professional and Occupational Credentialing Cash
4 Fund for FY2024-25 to the Department of Health and Human Services, for
5 Program 178, to aid in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill
6 123, One Hundred Eighth Legislature, First Session, 2023.
7 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
8 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $63,564
9 for FY2023-24 or $75,664 for FY2024-25.
10 Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated (1) $37,608 from the General
11 Fund for FY2023-24 and (2) $8,610 from the General Fund and $36,200 from
12 the Nebraska State Patrol Cash Fund for FY2024-25 to the Nebraska State
13 Patrol, for Program 100, to aid in carrying out the provisions of
14 Legislative Bill 123, One Hundred Eighth Legislature, First Session,
15 2023.
16 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
17 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $24,895
18 for FY2023-24 or $33,193 for FY2024-25.
