2 the General Fund to the Commission on Public Advocacy; and to
3 declare an emergency.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $2,100,000 from the
2 General Fund for FY2023-24 and (2) $2,100,000 from the General Fund for
3 FY2024-25 to the Commission on Public Advocacy, Program 425, Operations.
4 Sec. 2. Since an emergency exists, this act takes effect when
5 passed and approved according to law.
