1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 442, One Hundred

4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $112,500 from the
2 General Fund for FY2021-22 and (2) $255,000 from the General Fund for
3 FY2022-23 to the Commission on Asian American Affairs, for Program 866 -
4 Asian American Commission, to aid in carrying out the provisions of
5 Legislative Bill 442, One Hundred Seventh Legislature, First Session,
6 2021.
7 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
8 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $79,000
9 for FY2021-22 or $158,000 for FY2022-23.
