1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 243, One Hundred
3 Seventh Legislature, First Session, 2021.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $277,560 from the
2 General Fund for FY2021-22 and (2) $441,060 from the General Fund for
3 FY2022-23 to the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education, for
4 Program 692, to aid in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill
5 243, One Hundred Seventh Legislature, First Session, 2021.
6 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
7 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $19,100
8 for FY2021-22 or $19,500 for FY2022-23.
9 There is included in the appropriation to this program for FY2021-22
10 $244,000 General Funds for state aid, which shall only be used for such
11 purpose. There is included in the appropriation to this program for
12 FY2022-23 $406,500 General Funds for state aid, which shall only be used
13 for such purpose.
