1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to fundamental rights; to protect an
2 individual liberty right to accept or decline a vaccination under a
3 mandatory directive.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. To maintain the individual liberty, parental rights, and
2 free market principles of the citizens and businesses of Nebraska during
3 a state of emergency declared by the Governor, or anytime thereafter, it
4 is the right of each citizen, the right of parents with respect to their
5 dependents, and the right of each business with respect to its employees,
6 to accept or decline a mandatory vaccination directive by the Nebraska
7 state government. Declining a mandatory vaccination directive will
8 deliver no implication, penalty, litigation, or punishment by the state
9 to the citizen, parent, or business.
