1 Section 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to provide a rate
2 increase for behavioral health services of three percent for FY2021-22
3 and three percent for FY2022-23 to Agency No. 25, Department of Health
4 and Human Services, Program 348, Medical Assistance, and Program 349,
5 Medicaid Expansion.
