3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. The State Treasurer shall transfer ten million dollars
2 from the General Fund to the Customized Job Training Cash Fund after the
3 effective date of this act but before October 1, 2021, on such date as
4 directed by the budget administrator of the budget division of the
5 Department of Administrative Services.
