1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to the Legislative Council; to amend section
2 50-410, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska; to change provisions
3 regarding certain meetings; and to repeal the original section.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. Section 50-410, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, is
2 amended to read:
3 50-410 The Legislative Council council shall meet at least once in
4 each biennium. One meeting of the entire council may shall be held at the
5 call of the chairperson of the Executive Board of the Legislative Council
6 chairman not less than thirty nor more than sixty days prior to the next
7 regular session of the Legislature. Twenty-five members shall constitute
8 a quorum, but a smaller number may meet and may compel the attendance of
9 members in order to secure a quorum.
10 Sec. 2. Original section 50-410, Reissue Revised Statutes of
11 Nebraska, is repealed.
