1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 755, One Hundred
3 Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $1,600 from the
2 Engineers and Architects Regulation Fund for FY2020-21 and (2) $1,600
3 from the Engineers and Architects Regulation Fund for FY2021-22 to the
4 Board of Engineers and Architects, for Program 82, to aid in carrying out
5 the provisions of Legislative Bill 755, One Hundred Sixth Legislature,
6 Second Session, 2020.
7 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
8 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $1,600 for
9 FY2020-21 or $1,600 for FY2021-22.
