1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to aid
2 in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 918, One Hundred
3 Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $71,000 from the General
2 Fund for FY2020-21 to the Commission on Latino-Americans, for Program
3 537, to aid in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 918, One
4 Hundred Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
5 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
6 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
7 section.
8 Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated $75,000 from the General Fund
9 for FY2020-21 to the Commission on Indian Affairs, for Program 584, to
10 aid in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 918, One Hundred
11 Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
12 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
13 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
14 section.
15 Sec. 3. There is hereby appropriated (1) $255,000 from the General
16 Fund for FY2020-21 and (2) $255,000 from the General Fund for FY2021-22
17 to Agency No. 90 - Commission on African American Affairs, for Program
18 863, to aid in carrying out the provisions of Legislative Bill 918, One
19 Hundred Sixth Legislature, Second Session, 2020.
20 Total expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per
21 diems from funds appropriated in this section shall not exceed $163,330
22 for FY2020-21 or $163,330 for FY2021-22.
